Introducing Hearn & Fleeners newest member of the team and our new litigation paralegal, Jennifer Bartelson.

Jennifer brings over 24 years of experience as Litigation Paralegal in various areas of practice including personal injury, commercial and business litigation and construction defect. Prior to joining Hearn & Fleener in 2020, Jennifer worked for both plaintiff and insurance defense law firms, specializing in construction defect litigation. Jennifer also worked for the Colorado Attorney Regulation Counsel’s office for several years.  Jennifer’s invaluable and extensive experience, work ethic, team focus, and deep organizational skills enrich the firm through all aspects of a case, including large-scale document production, pre-trial preparation, and in-courtroom trial support.

Originally from California, Jennifer moved to Colorado at a young age and considers herself native “ish” to Colorado.  Jennifer obtained her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal studies in 1996. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking and baking, hitting the Jeep trails, and watching hockey with her husband and teenage son. 

Fun Fact: Jennifer is an avid hockey fan and “thinks” she knows more than the average fan about the game.  Her husband is one of five Zamboni drivers for the Colorado Avalanche.
