Testimony at the Capitol

It has been a wild year at the state capitol for the housing industry. Shane Fleener has spent a ton of time working with our legislators on language involving several proposed construction defect laws. We're proud that he testified before Committee against 24-106 which would make it exceptionally challenging for new homeowners to hold their builder accountable for defects and poor construction. We're additionally grateful for the turnout of the homeowners and community managers who will be impacted by this bill. We still have work to do! Thank you for staying engaged!
