Adam J. Gentile is an accomplished litigator with a focus on construction defect, real estate, and insurance disputes. For years, Adam represented general contractors and developers in complex construction defect actions in Colorado, including large, multi-party litigation concerning residential and commercial construction projects. This experience provides Adam with a truly unique perspective.
Adam is admitted to practice in Colorado and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, and the U.S. District Court, South District of Texas. He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
A fun fact about Adam is that he and his wife are enthusiastic Halloween participants. They overdecorate their home and have become a trick-or-treating destination regionally with over 1,000 visitors in one night in recent years.
