Danielle has been working on construction defect projects since 2009. She has a unique perspective on the issues since she has worked as a community manager, for a reconstruction firm, and for construction defect attorneys. This experience has helped her manage the various needs of owners of commercial projects, community associations, single family homes and apartment communities.
Danielle has taken a very active role in the housing and construction defects industries. She has written several articles that have been published in Colorado Real Estate Journal and CAI RMC’s Common Interests and has testified before the Colorado Legislature. She has also taught classes at the CAI RMC Spring Showcase & Tradeshow, at DORA Days and for management companies across Colorado.
Danielle was educated at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan where she graduated magna cum laude with bachelor degrees in both Marketing and International Business.
Fun Fact: Danielle loves to cook and read cookbooks. In the summer and fall, she preserves her own fruits and veggies to enjoy through the winter.
